Windmill Super Pump Pty Ltd has a range of products from borehole pumping to high-pressure pumps. The company is dedicated to very low on site product maintenance. There is a range of 316 stainless steel flush cap pumps, compensating pumps, and glands for standard windmill pumps. The borehole super pump has been in operation for the last 14 years and has the features of extremely low corrosion, easy installation and long life. This pump can replace any windmill-pumping situation to a depth of 45 metres. The pump cups on this installation are guaranteed for 10 years. TGSITGSI TGSI TGSI ROU ADPMI
In our product range there is a bronze and stainless steel super gear pump in a large range of pumps from 20 litres per minute to 6000 litres per minute. The super gear pump can pump high pressure and has been designed to overcome the high cost associated with helical rotor pumps and multi-stage centrifugal pumps. It will also replace the piston pump. These pumps have the feature of simple cost effective on site maintenance coupled with low capital cost. TGSI TGSI TGSI ROU ADPMI
The super gear pump is used for long range pumping i.e.; over 100 kilometers, any high pressure pumping including irrigation and is an excellent high pressure fire fighting pump.
The jet pump developed by Windmill Super Pump has been designed to provide an adequate water supply from a bore 60 metres deep to supply water to large numbers of cattle. This jet pump uses the high-pressure super gear pump to pump water through the jet pump delivery and venturi. The output at 60 metres depth is up to 1000 gals/hour or approximately 5000 litres per hour. This is adequate for most station country watering points.

Rod stabilizer is a new product that prevents the pump rods from rubbing inside the pipe column of the rising main that currently causes major maintenance problems. The rod stabilizer works in both galvanized and poly columns. The rod stabilizer is a rod joining coupling that has a stabilizer attached. This polyurethane cup stabilizer is extremely long lasting. It will prevent the pump rod from rubbing inside the column. In the case of a steel column this will prevent the rod from wearing through the galvanizing on the pipe and wearing the rod itself, which is a major cause of rod breakage. An added benefit of the rod stabilizer is that when pump buckets wear out the rod column with the stabilizers will still pump some water providing the foot valve in the pump is still operating. The amount of water that is pumped will depend on the size of the column. The rod stabilizers must be installed at 3 metre intervals. |

This rod gland replaces the stuffing box and has specially designed buckets to operate with minimal drag. The gland is used at the top of the column. The purpose of the gland is to allow the water to be pumped to high head pressures. There are 3 seals in the gland that prevent leakage as the pump rod moves up and down. Considerable head pressure can be accommodated with a gland. It is attached above the tee piece on top of the lift pump. The gland can also be used without the lift pump by attaching it to a special fitting holding the outlet tee piece to the top of the super pump. The gland can be used in conjunction with the flush cap pump. |

Many windmills are operated with faulty or poorly made swivels and will often undo the connecting rods causing damage to the pump and piping. The WSP swivel is designed to operate in all conditions. With the stainless steel construction it will last for many years trouble free. The swivel is made from 316 stainless steel components. The body and lock nut are designed to provide freedom for the bearings and bearing supports to spin at all times and does not need lubrication. |

Compensation pumps have the special long life pump buckets. The compensating pump pumps on the down-stroke of the windmill and relieves some of the pumping load on the upstroke of the windmill. The compensating pump has no valves and uses special long life pump buckets, similar to the flush cap pump. The compensating pump has a bleed opening at the top of the pump to allow any bypass to be channeled back down the bore. |

The removable foot valve is supplied with a PVC column attachment to be glued into the main column; a stainless steel foot valve assembly and to "O rings" to water seal the unit. The PVC body is installed in the first column at the bottom and the removable foot valve installed. If during the life of the pump the foot valve fails it can be removed from the column with the foot valve lifter, without lifting the column. |

The flush cap pump is the normal pump at the bottom of the steel or poly column in the bore. The stainless steel blush cap pump has special long life buckets. These pump buckets have a special lip on the inside hole to prevent the buckets from spreading and jamming the pump bucket in the pump tube. The normal pump buckets have a tendency to jam, as they must be tightened severely to prevent leakage. The lip also acts as a seal for the bucket. The pump buckets are nitrile rubber that is harder than the present neoprene buckets available and therefore last considerably longer. |

The lift pump is used for pumping high head pressures. The lift pump is designed to operate on the up-stroke of the windmill and having its own non-return valve the high head pressure is contained to lift pump. This prevents the high head pressure from applying to the super pump cups. The super pump cups are designed for only lifting 3 metres. The lift pump is attached to the top of the super pump by means of special threaded PVC coupling that is threaded in one end. The coupling is glued to the PVC pipe column and the fitting for attaching the lift pump is attached by screwing the fitting into the thread in the coupling. The Lift pump is attached by screwing the lift pump tube to the coupling attachment fitting. The rod column is attached to the bottom travelling cage in the lift pump. The cage at the top of the travelling valve holder contains a non-return valve and the top pump rod is attached to this cage. This top rod extends above the top of the lift pump, tee piece and gland or if a compensating pump is used then the top rod continues into the compensating pump. |

The pump jack is a two stage gear train that allows a motor or engine to operate the super pump. The main purpose of the pump jack is to drive the super pump with solar power. Because the super pump is very efficient the pump jack and super pump has a long life and running it with solar means long maintenance free operation (running with solar panels instead of the helical rotor system). It is simple to attach an engine to overcome the problem of continual bad weather. |

The high pressure and high volume the gear pump can be used in conjunction with a jet and venturi for deep well recovery of water from boreholes. Windmill Super Pump Pty Ltd has designed, a deep well Jet pump system that will produce in excess of 100,000 litres per day from bore-holes of 60 meters deep and can exceed this depth with lesser volume output up to approximately 75 meters. |
